Matomo event tracking

Add deeper Matomo tracking to collect statistics how users interact with the UI, e.g., create events when user uses certain features like search facets, stop search, locale/help.

Intended use: simplify UI by removing unused features / creating more tutorials/help to guide users to new/unused features
